Klassiq MailMan reads and, when you approve, sends email on your behalf using the mailbox access you grant (Gmail, Microsoft 365 or IMAP). Messages are copied to a private database dedicated to your instance so Claude can search and summarise them.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties other than the providers needed to operate your connection (your mail provider, and Claude when you use the connector). Google user data is used only to provide the features you request.

Control and deletion

You can revoke access at any time from your Google or Microsoft account security settings, and ask us to delete your instance and stored mail.
